 My opinion :

I apply it with my hands and pat to absorb.
Sometimes with cotton pads.
It absorbs very fast.
It's very watery ( contains 90% seawater )
It's soothing and hydrating skin.
Skin feels so soft and plump.
I really like it!
Good for sensitive skin.
Low pH.
It's alcohol free.
Doesn't leave sticky residue.
Didn't cause any skin problems.
This bottle is huge so its perfect for 7skin method ( you apply toner on face 7 times )
I don't see any cons!
