A pH-balancing toner formulated with 92% distilled cabbage rose water that hydrates and calms for a smooth and clear skin.

Instead of water, it is formulated with 92% of rose water which provides excellent moisturising effect.
Without harsh or harmful ingredients. It helps remove makeup remnants and pore waste.

My opinion:
I love toners, it's one of my favorite steps in skincare routine
I love layering them and light but very moisturizing feeling on skin
I also love flower petals in this toner, I picked it because it made me intrigued
I like this toner a lot
It's like watery essence, plumping and moisturizing skin
After use skin is very soft
It's more moisturizing than other toners I tried
It didn't cause any irritations
My skin type is normal/combination
