My opinion:
I like packaging a lot, it's cute pastel pink in my style
It has big spatula, different than usually and I like it
It's easy to use and apply
It removes all makeup, it takes more time and it's harder to remove mascara
It doesn't hurt eyes
It melts very nice
It's easy to wash off but it doesn't emulsify
Second cleanser is a must
Makes skin clean and soft
Not the best cleansing balm but not bad too
