My opinion:
I love chocolate so I love these
They are very yummy, tastes like milk chcolate with salty carmel
Good ingredients, not many calories
If caffeine works on you these will work too
They gives small portion of energy
I tested them when I was very sleepy and after I ate immadiately I didn't feel sleepy anymore but nor for long about 1 hour
I don't drink coffee because it doesn't work on me, I can drink and go sleep
So these bites are really nice
No cons for me
I didn't pick these myself, Goli sent them for review purposes, honestly I would prefer to try beauty goli gummies, I heard they are good
